Our products CCC test report formally passed

On June 8, 2013, China Quality Certification Centre appointed experts from Ningbo Sub-centre to carry out CCC national compulsory product certification audit on our company.

    CCC certification is required by law in China must meet the safety requirements, is to ensure that products, services, and management systems are in line with technical regulations and standards for conformity assessment activities. Products within the scope of CCC certification must be certified for certification before production and sales. The CCC inspection is a special factory inspection method for certified enterprises, which is carried out without prior notice to the factory to check whether the unannounced factory can meet the requirements of the inspection and ensure the ability.

    The inspection team first inspected the company's finished product warehouse, randomly sampled the assembly and testing of products related to the CCC test, and checked the control of the consistency of the certified product logo. Afterwards, it audited the consistency of the use of qualified suppliers of raw materials, the control of the production process, and focused on the key processes of welding and high voltage, the control of defective products in the bare wire branch plant, to assess the production of CCC certified products in our company.

    Afterwards, the expert group held the first meeting of the inspection. At the meeting, the experts announced the items of this inspection, including responsibilities and resources, documents and records, purchasing and incoming inspection, production process control and process inspection, routine inspection and confirmation inspection, inspection and testing instruments and equipment, internal quality audits, control of the consistency of the certified products, assembling, packaging and storage, etc. In this meeting, the experts announced the items of this inspection. Departments involved include General Manager's Working Department, Procurement and Supply Department, Production Management Department, Quality Management Department and Technology R&D Centre.

    The expert group conducted supervision and audit of each department in accordance with the checking of information, on-site inspection and questioning of relevant personnel, focusing on purchasing and incoming inspection, production process control and process inspection, and inspection and confirmation of inspection, respectively. After checking the requirements one by one, the experts affirmed that our CCC-certified products, in line with the mandatory certification of factory quality assurance capabilities and the requirements of the relevant product standards, especially for the company's inspection equipment operation and control expressed special appreciation. At the same time, our company will be certified for each unit of product sampling.

    Passing the certification inspection is only a means but not an end, the cabinet power socket is a safety product involving data security and life safety, only rigorous and continuous maintenance of high-quality management, in order to get good inspection results.
